Andrew and I cooked a turkey for my work party! It turned out a little dry, but definitely delicious. The only aid we had at our disposal were the useless instructions on the turkey bag, and a YouTube video! I must say, for first-timers, we did a pretty professional job! We even finished it off with ribbon to hold the turkey legs together (for modesty and presentation).

i like that you tied the legs together for modesty...i wish you were gonna be in odessa for thanksgiving!!
