Gone Camping

The whole trip I was wishing I had a better, nicer camera, so I could take prettier pictures!

I got to see & have lunch with this wonderful lady a couple weeks ago! Her family was spending the week up at Aspen Grove, so I stole her away for a few short hours.

 I'm so excited to go home for Marcy's wedding at the end of this month! Not only will I be home for the wedding but I will get to see all my lovely friends who live far too far away....

So a few weeks ago, Lincoln came down to visit & we took him to a very magical place called:

Pirate Island!

There were pirate ships with telescopes:

 

which helped us find lots of Pirate's Booty:

Captain Hook was there too: 

as well as some wanna-be pirates:

I think Lincoln's favorite part was the pirate money! The coins alone were worth much more to him than spending it at the arcade.

It's a pretty awesome place.

Hike up Cottonwood!

While my family was still in town we took a hike up big Cottonwood Canyon to a little lake (which was somewhat disappointment) but the hike was beautiful! 

There were too many pictures to put on here individually, so I made a collage! 

Some days I just LOVE living in Utah.

Now that Annie is over

I'm excited to put on some sweats and start deep cleaning/organizing this house! 

And maybe I'll start blogging again...
