I've been (re)watching Community a lot lately. And this is still one of my very favorite moments of the show:

You're welcome.

My Girlfriend's Boyfriend

Andrew and I saw Mike Birbiglia's stand-up show at Kingsbury Hall. It was hilarious!
It was the first live comedy show I've attended, and pretty great at that.

*You know how sometimes the very best moments are when the comedian gets caught off guard and accidentally laughs at their own jokes?*

Thankful for Garlic

Last night was my turn to say the prayer.
Perhaps, I was a little too tired to be conscious the whole way through....
Because, I prayed about how thankful Andrew and I are for...garlic!
*Andrew then kindly nudged me to wake up long enough to finish the prayer without any more silliness.*

We both thought this was pretty funny.
It reminded me of Jessica's post when Tucker may have drifted off during the prayer!

I suppose I am thankful for garlic.

Just to brighten your day...

This is a picture of me when I got my wisdom teeth out. Totally cute, right?!

Let me explain...

So I haven't posted anything in a while, and I don't really have a valid excuse for this, but here is the one I am claiming:
My computer cord died. The wires came loose a while back but I was able to jiggle them into a place where they would create a good enough connection to charge my computer. But then, my roommate's boyfriend kicked it and it came completely apart! Needless to say, it does not work at all anymore. No computer cord = No Computer.

Not having a computer has made for some great awkward moments for me. Because I was unable to watch Grey's Anatomy & Desperate Housewives season finales on my computer in the comfort of my own home, I had to resort to the Provo library and BYU computers. The awkward parts came when I burst into tears in the library/computer labs in front of many strangers. Oh, well. I tell myself it doesn't matter because I will never see those people again!

I have been putting off buying a new cord because well, they are expensive. On Saturday, I finally broke down and bought a new cord. It should be here any day now! I'm so excited!

A Simple How-To of our new twist-on tap
It will change the way you drink bottled coke forever!

Step 1: Andrew reads the instructions of our new purchase: The tap that will supposedly keep your bottled drinks from going flat!

Step 2: Assemble as said in directions, then pour into glasses - So far, so good!

Step 3: Enjoy the sweet taste of your ever-frothy soda!
(For best results serve in chilled mug!)

Ari Playing Pretend

Ari was playing with some of the recycling one day, and I found him pretending to eat and drink out of this cup and his empty yogurt cup!
